A festival for struncatura — a rustic, dark durum-wheat pasta that reached Calabria via Amalfitan merchants in the late 1800s, originally made from milling waste — dressed with garlic, tomato, chili, and anchovies, sometimes with added 'nduja. Menu items are given cheeky nicknames after local Palmi personalities, and every diner takes home a packet of struncatura to cook at home.
