A mountain cheese and berry festival in Lateis, a hamlet of Sauris perched above its own lake in the Carnic Alps. The cheese is made exclusively from cows grazing above 1,500m, alongside fresh and smoked ricotta, wild berries from a local farm, polenta, frico, and Sauris' own DOP-recognized beechwood-smoked ham.
