5th edition of a festival for coradella d'agnello — lamb offal slow-cooked with herbs, onion, and wine, a rustic pastoral dish rooted in a time when nothing of the animal went to waste. Served with erba cotta and crescia flatbread. The Pro Loco campaigned to have the dish officially recognized as a De.Co. product by the Comune di Apecchio in 2022, which directly inspired the festival's creation.
