No dedicated 'Sagra della Burrata' could be confirmed as currently held in Andria itself. Burrata is genuinely native to this area — credited to cheesemaker Lorenzo Bianchino Chieppa, who had the idea of using stretched mozzarella strands to encase leftover cheese scraps and fresh cream — but a search for a standalone festival turned up an event of the same name held annually in Bergamo, Lombardy, a different region entirely, not in Andria.
