Born in 1998, now the 29th edition — one of the most significant food festivals in the Mediterranean. Ten days built around the Campionato del Mondo di Cous Cous, where international chefs cook their own countries' version of the dish (Italian, Tunisian, Moroccan, Israeli, Palestinian, French, Portuguese, Ivorian among them), plus a student contest for future chefs, an Expo Village of Sicilian and Mediterranean producers, and free nightly concerts.
