A festival in the hamlet of Cintello for bisato — eel in the local Venetian dialect — founded in the 1980s by volunteers to promote the fish once caught abundantly in the nearby Lemene river. Served grilled and stewed, alongside gnocchi with ragù, fried calamari, and grilled meats, all in eco-friendly serveware.
