A colorful competition among teams from 20 wine-producing towns of the Vulture, dressed in traditional farmer's costume and using historic tools to hand-press grapes for 30 minutes, judged on the volume of must produced. Each participating comune also brings its own traditional Lucanian dish, making for over 20 to sample. The event falls within the year the Vulture jointly holds the title 'Capitale Italiana del Vino 2026/2027' alongside Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
