A festival for 'u pastizz,' a PAT-certified calzone filled with pork, egg, and pecorino, traditionally baked in wood-fired ovens only at Easter, pig-slaughter season, and this September feast. Held across two evenings in Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza Risorgimento — the first features gastronomic workshops and a free concert by Sud Sound System, pioneers of Italian raggamuffin and reggae; the second pairs it with a guided night walk through the old town.
