12th edition of a food trail through the medieval alleys of Vietri di Potenza, built around the town's own olive oil — called 'oro vietrese,' local gold — paired with dishes like ciambottola, red potatoes, calzoni with soup, parmariedd, and cavatiedd pasta. The route runs through three named zones, each serving a different course (Vigna della Corte for antipasti, Chiazza for first courses, Fuoss for mains), entirely cooked by volunteer residents, drawing thousands of visitors each year, including many emigrants who return home specifically for it.
