A festival for strazzata, a traditional local flatbread served with a range of toppings, organized by the Pro Loco Castel Lagopesole in the shadow of the real castle Emperor Frederick II of Swabia built as one of his last residences. Alongside roasted chestnuts, wine, and craft stalls, visitors can walk the surrounding Riserva Coste Castello nature reserve and take guided tours of the castle itself.
