54th edition of one of the oldest and longest-running festivals in the Arroscia Valley, first documented in 1968 — the Pro Loco di Rezzo itself was founded out of this event, born from fishermen gathering to celebrate their catch from the Giara river. Officially recognized as an 'Evento Autentico Regione Liguria' for 2026, trout is served grilled, braised, and breaded, alongside Ligurian appetizers and DOC, DOP, and IGT regional wines, entirely under cover at the gardens of 'La Pagoda.'
