Founded in 2018 and now one of Regione Puglia's officially recognized 'Grandi Eventi,' this three-night urban festival transforms Galatina's Baroque historic centre into a seafood-and-cocktail destination — over 50 gin labels from more than 20 producers, 40 bartenders, and 60 original signature drinks across 10 cocktail bars and 18 tasting stations, paired with seafood sandwiches, fried and raw fish, an oyster bar, and Japanese cuisine.
