A wild boar festival in Ponte Uso, a small Forlì-Cesena hamlet deep enough in the Apennine foothills that cinghiale genuinely is the local meat of choice. The first evening centers on a wild-boar burger; the other two turn to tradition — sausage and stew, piadina, tagliatelle rolled by hand, and strozzapreti, all made by the local 'azdore' (Romagnolo dialect for the village's skilled home cooks), with live orchestras dancing into the night.
